Breakfast on the go!


Are you always in a hurry in the mornings and rush out the door with something unhealthy because it was the easiest thing to grab? I know I am guilty, but theres a solution. I’ve come to find this idea to be absolutely scrumptious, but not only that, super healthy and energizing!

Breakfast parfait jars! They are simple, quick and easy, and if you’re like me and always rushing in the morning, the best thing to do is to combine the ingredients you’d like in a jar and refrigerate overnight. It is super simple, affordable and delicious! You won’t regret it!

    1. I normally do , Greek yogurt , granola, and fruit ! But there are so many different things you can mix with the yogurt, it’s really your preference! There are several different recipes online if you wanted to look them up:)
